By accessing or using the XGari platform, marketplace, inspection services, or garage management ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws in Bangladesh. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy
Sellers must ensure that all vehicle information, specifications, mileage, and registration details provided are authentic and truthful. XGari reserves the right to unpublish or modify listings that contain misleading or inaccurate information.
4. Inspection & Garage Services
Our vehicle inspection and maintenance reports are based on technical checks performed by certified technicians at the time of evaluation. While we strive for maximum accuracy, reports represent the current condition of the vehicle and do not constitute an ongoing financial guarantee.
5. Payments & Subscription Plans
All service payments and maintenance subscriptions must be completed through supported payment gateways or authorized partner garages. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, source code, and inspection reporting formats on XGari are the exclusive property of XGari Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of site content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
XGari shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle transactions between buyers and sellers, third-party garage repairs, or temporary platform downtime.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
